Description

IG100 uses 100% pressurized nitrogen, which accounts for 78% of the atmosphere, as the extinguishing agent. Its ozone depletion potential (ODP) and  global warming potential (GWP) are zero. The atmospheric retention time is zero without any adverse effects on the environment. It fully integrates the design concept of the fire-extinguishing system in the new era, so that the product successfully has the function of environmental protection and efficient fire-fighting.

 

IG100 characteristics: protecting the ecological environment of the earth, safety and hygiene do not interfere with vision, no stain caused by extinguishing agent, durable of fire fighting effect. Nitrogen can be separated from the air and produced from a wide range of sources at a cheap charge.

 

Combined with extinguishing device and electronic accessories, the whole system can be actuated automatically. It can monitor the situation of protective region through detectors and then it can also start the extinguishing device through solenoid actuator automatically. So the whole system can achieve automation totally. Therefore, it can avoid that there is no one who notice the fire when it happens and it also saves much money for employment to supervise the protective area.

Compositions:

 

Piped network type of IG100 automatic fire suppression system is mainly composed by three parts: extinguishing devices,  pipe fittings and electrical accessories.

Extinguishing devices are such things, like cylinder to fill and store IG100 nitrogen, frame and driving device(nitrogen cylinder) to trigger the storage cylinder to discharge agent.

Pipe fittings are those conduits to connect extinguishing device and guide agent into protective zone, like high pressure galvanized steel pipe and flange and elbow.

Electrical accessories are those things which are used to detect and monitor whole protective area and control whole system, also warn people to evacuate and prevent from fire expansion.

These integrated three parts will be efficient to detect and supervise and alarm and extinguish fire automatically.

6. The external constant pressure reliever can only bear the pressure when the system is spraying, which is convenient for dis-assembly and maintenance and effectively reduces the failure rate of the system.

7. After spraying, the system does not need to replace any parts, simple dis-assembly and secondary filling, the system can be quickly put into operation.

8. The opening area of the gas pressure relief port is reduced, the input cost of the safety pressure relief device is directly reduced, and the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
